Greg Setzer, member of the American Institute of Building Design and Texas Institute of Building Design, brings over 23 years of design and drafting experience to his position as President of Setzer Home Designs, Inc. To qualify as a professional member of AIBD, Greg had to meet specific educational and professional design experience requirements, and submit his work for extensive peer review. All professional members of AIBD must also maintain their education by complying with requirements of the continuing education policy. In 1982, Greg began his career as a drafting assistant for a prestigious award winning architectural firm. Greg started Setzer Designs in 1994. Throughout his career, he has worked with numerous well known custom builders in San Antonio and surrounding areas.

In 2004, Greg Setzer was chosen by Southern Living to design the prestigious Idea House in San Antonio. Setzer Home Designs can provide hundreds of blueprints to choose from or design a custom home for you using your ideas. We have designs for every budget, personality, and home style.
